You need VCP cable and VAGhelper software.
1. Click on Guided functions
2. Apps -> Programming the BCM outputs in PQ35 cars
3. Read configuration
4. Data reading must be ok and next click to save to file
5. Open VAGhelper, select VW — Passat B7, Halongen or halogen/led (which do you have on your car), 2011 and click Import
6. Select C4, A26 and click on Day running light
7. Select C3, A27 and click on Day running light and click Export… don't overwrite existing file to have a backup if you have problems with bad coding…
8. Go back to PQ35 BCM programmer and click on Read from file, select exported file from VAGhelper and click Write configuration, after Write OK! click Close
9. Pull the key out of the ignition, and put it back
