It's personal blog so it is not about a car and I'm bored today so will write it.
It's lazy recipe cuz I'm lazy and it will be English cuz anyway every Russian has his own way to do it.
That's minced and frozen beet and carrot made for lazy people
Cut some onion and garlic, fry it until it will became golden, add this minced frozen stuff and some vinegar and watterWait until it will be as red as at the photo
Boil some beef fillet with laurel leafs cuz that's a symbol of success LOL
Remove this ugly dark foam that comes from meat after some time
White one is ok
Take out meat
Peel and cut some potatoes
Add potatoes, some vegetables that u like and red stuff that u have cooked before
Add sliced meet when potato will be boiled
Add some green and cream into a portion pot. So now u have borsh as red as blood of ur enemies
