Gearbox inspection — Part 1

[EN] So, it's time to make an inspection the gearbox. Without wasting any time, let's get started.

[EN] We drain the oil, unscrew the driveshaft nuts and a few other bolts and nuts.
[PL] Spuszczamy olej, odkręcamy nakrętki półosi i kilka innych śrub i nakrętek

[EN] And 2.5 hours later, we have the gearbox out
[PL] I 2,5 godziny później mamy skrzynię na zewnątrz

[EN] We disassemble the gearbox, the view isn't very interesting, but oh well…
[PL] Rozbieramy skrzynie, widok nie jest zbyt ciekawy, ale cóż…

[EN] Next — we disassemble the main shaft — for the first time in 29 years…
[PL] Następnie demontujemy wał główny — pierwszy raz od 29 lat…

[EN] What will we find on the main shaft? How much deposits and very small metal fragments? They are like mud

[EN] The parts were cleaned and the main shaft was assembled.

[EN] I did the same with the input shaft

[EN] The gearbox base was cleaned. I had to remove the bearing because there was a lot of debris under the plastic tube.
[PL] Podstawa skrzyni biegów została wyczyszczona. Musiałem zdemontować łożysko, ponieważ pod plastikową rurką było dużo zanieczyszczeń.

[EN] The clutch chamber was also cleaned

[EN] And who said that the clutch bearing cannot be disassembled?
